So by now, if you moving in, either all the suspensive conditions of the sale has been met, or if you renting, you have paid all the amounts owing. Moving in is the fun part. You are now in the hands of Lawrence, the compitent building caretaker.  He is responsible for handing over your key to you. He will help facilitate the move as well.
